The only difference I can tell is the tag. Instead of a sticker they put a metal tag on it.

That seems like an ordinary Stiga WRB Clipper, available in most TT stores. WRB means that the handle is hollow, makes it more top heavy compared to non WRB. It is a very good blade, good feeling and spin, good speed, rather hard, 7-ply wood (all wood).
