Hi all,

OK I'm having another "end of season" sale and have some good blades to sell. Why am I selling them? Well I've spent too much time switching my blades around and I've finally decided on sticking with my Firewall+ and Vioncello, so the rest will be sold so that I'm not tempted to go back.

Here is a list of what I'm selling and photos. I've sold a number of blades on here before and would prefer to use PayPal, purely because it's very easy to transact that way.

With regards to shipping, I cannot quote the cost of this until I know where I'm sending the blades and the number of blades I am sending due to the weight. Typically, it's around £8-10 to ship to somewhere like Hong Kong from the UK. Mainland Europe is around £5.00 as a rough guide.

Condition
This blade is in good condition. The pictures does not do it justice because I have sanded down the surface and the 'name transfers' have slightly faded - otherwise, this blade is fine. This blade does have a box.

Condition
This blade has lost a small piece of the top layer veneer but I've glued this back - this is just visible but the surface is perfectly smooth. This blade will be shipped in it's original box.

I've updated the original post with details of each of the blades. This information is taken directly from the Nittaku website.

I have weighed the Violin in the past and the weights given on their website are accurate.

Although I really shouldn't, I'm very interested in the ST Acoustic. Will you be at the GH training camp next month?

To have an exact weight for that particular blade would be really good if possible. I don't think I'd like it if it went over the guide weight.

The blades have been weighed and I can confirm the following:

Acoustic FL 86 grams
Acoustic ST 88 grams
Violin FL 86 grams
Violin FL 85 grams
Violin FL 85 grams
Tenor FL 92 grams

One other thing I forgot to mention is that all of the blades have been varnished and then sanded down. Therefore the playing surfaces are perfect.

These are all good blades and in great condition with nice price, you are really tempting me.

Thanks for your interest, but unfortunately both of my Acoustic blades and the Tenor blade have now been sold.

I've literally been inundated with messages about these blades and they are selling very fast, so apologies for not updating the thread sooner.

The blades continue to sell fast and I now potentially only have one Violin blade left.

To those of you who have bought blades from me, I can confirm that they will all be shipped out today. I will contact you all individually as well to confirm the shipping.

I'm a bit sad to see the blades go because they are great, but I'm sure you'll all enjoy them!

Selling them is the best way to stop me changing my set up on a regular basis
