Yes! Jian has a great example of an aggressive bump that he uses to set up a forehand winner.

Depends on your rubber and sponge. If you have too much grip, you will need a slight upward motion to the bump. It's a flat hit. Bogeyhunter will bump on serves as well, he's really good at it.


Thanks Japsi.... I've seen this one before...

I bump, only over-the-table, and mostly against backspin (or what seems to be backspin), and typically to the opponents FH... However, I'll bump it long, 9/10 times...When I do get it right, I win the point outright.... The ball bounces, and seems to skid off the table. I think, it's grip/and or force thing.. I do tend to have a tight hold.
