It is Ruwen Filus, not Rowen; my mistake. I just watched the match again (recorded it) and saw Filus do a "druckschupf" a couple of times; I don't know the English term or even the Dutch, but as far as I know it is German for the kind of push/lift with LP which reverses backspin to topspin, and

his opponent (Fedor Kuzmin) missed the return, looping long. I haven't seen that in a long time and actually it's not a very obvious stroke for an LP as tremendously grippy as Feint Long III; either he's very very good with his Feint Long III, or he is using it in OX or 0.5 mm - or maybe both

. I heard Filus has been around in the Bundesliga for a couple of years already, even though he's young. It seems he's been gradually making his way up. Nice. Perhaps the glue-ban will actually result in the come-back of technical and tactical players in this sport. Like Maze beating Boll twice in unbelievable style in the same tournament. Lovely...

I spoked to Fabian Åkerstrøm's former trainer, Hans Thalin in the Easter holiday, and he told me thas Fabian uses Giant Dragon Talon in OX, not with a thin sponge. He also told me that he soon will work with Fabian and his team again

Why Liu Song is never remembered in anywere? liu song is the highest rated ox pip player in the world. 92 in the sep list. hes best place is in 2001 feb, 49 in the world.

Definitely a great list. Liu Song and Fukuoka Haruna are two of the named that I would like to model my game on. I think I read that Fukuoka uses TSP Curl P-3 ox? Does anyone know what Liu Song uses?

Who besides me missed this: It is with great pleasure that we report the victory of Fabian Akerstrom at the swedish national championships.
