LKT Stranger is easy to hit with and gives a very flat ball. Little in the way of passive reversal or chopping bite though, if that's relevant.

Agree about LKT Stranger.

The safest chopping rubber I have used.

No matter how spinny opponent loop is, it shall return on the table.

But,

I cant say this is an attacking rubber....

755 1.0mm or Sanwei CODE 1.0mm. Grass D.Tecs OX easily the worst with almost zero ball grip.

P4 with sponge can be a very good pimple to attack. I succed to get some few matches with players I was never able to beat before but It doesn't have a lot of disturbance.

Disturbance and attack are not very good friends as disturbance goes with a more glassy pimples and good attack is more with grippy pimples. It doen't mean you can't hit with a glassy pimples but the efficency will be less. It's more for smashing a high ball.

You canb also try P3 alpha by tsp. Very good control, can attack with it and createvery good sinking effect that are quite disturband.

Destruction effect is better with soft flexible pips. Attacking is better with hard pips.

I experimented with attacking LPs quite a bit...
Grippier pips usually mean better attacking. Thicker sponge, usually means better attacking. So below were my favorites, and thicker sponge was always better.

Best attacking LPS:
755
FL3
P-4
P-1R
Pogo

Worst for attacking were slicker pips:
Dtecs
Dornenglanz
Giant Dragon Talon
However, I managed to make these work for hitting too. You just need to adjust to the lack of arc and different throw. Of the slick pips, I felt Talon hit the best.

I've gone down the path of grippy pips before as well, so that I could play more aggressive and attack more. Even though I could attack more, my opponents just blocked them back without any trouble. :(

hey boys for the players that had been there before. More attacking LP mean less deception than mean more easy return from the opponent. Get everything meaning deception and attack is quite tough to have that on the same LP rubbers. For me P4 would be the best or .... twiddling. If you succeed to learn to twiddle and play well you will find both world. It is in my opinion the darkest side of ping pong. Train your mind and body to learn all the different angle, the different shot, the strategy...etc is just crazy !!!

It's start to be fun. See guys who doesn't really notice that you twiddle got them puzzled looking at their rubbers wondering if their rubber are still sticky or grippy. An other guy stop the game to see my racket. He then said. I don't understand you shop heavily and atttack at will " with your LP backhand". It is veru amazing !!!

Do you hit or attack Topspin with BT?

I've tested the Bomb Talent with the so-called high tension sponge (from Eacheng.net) and its consistency leaves much to be desired.

Japs, With BT I confidently hit, block, chop, push (aggressively), sideswipe, counter-hit, and even effectively chop at short distance from table. It is perfect for my game play.
Watch how effectively the guy in the red T-shirt uses BT OX for all kinds of aggressive stroke play in part of the hyper-linked video. I may not be as good a player but can still use it very well as I play a very similar style.

I accept and respect Nathanso’s reply although I have never tried/played BT with any sort of sponge and so am unable to comment on it. ;)
