Oh really! I'm a bit suprised they came out with a new one to be honest, I don't expect it to be revolutionary but still it's fun that they at least have an alternative.

Love the packaging on both this and the new SP.
Nicely designed.
But it is a good question. Why? Is there something special about them?
Spinlord, S&T, and Der Marterialspezialist are trying to do something new and very invested in the Pip/anti community. Maybe they are seeing they are missing out on potential market segment.

To me it looks like they are trying to do something like FLIII or P4.

Yeah, and that's probably what's to be expected, I doubt it's gonna be very useful for blocking.

Just tried it yesterday on Butterfly Matsushita pro special. Red 1.5mm sponge.
The rubber reminds me of Giant dragon crop circle with a better quality (I once experience the top sheet and sponge of crop circle was easily peel off). For this one, It quite hard to peel off, might be the fresh stock fresh glue.
Grippy soft pips and dampening soft sponge.
Push can generate decent underspin and chop against topspin ball can generate heavy underspin or less spin with ease.
There are no passive spin reversal and disruptive due to the sponge thickness.
Overall : It suits the player who looking for consistent and variation on chop. The pips characteristic are designed to be close to FLIII and Curl P-4.
