Thanks for the responses,

I'm trying Joola Badman Reloaded now, and would call it Chopper/Driver based on your definitions. I'll have to investigate the Dawei 388B-1. I haven't tried that before.

Agree for Driver Pips assessment. Confirmed by Badman Review by Slapper in other thread, on how well the pips return incoming ball speed. ;)

I've recently started up with 388d ox. Fantastic blend of being able to switch from defence to attack. I can string a few hits in a row with this rubber, when other pips is far more tricky. Plenty of wobble and, pretty decent blocks. Sometimes I get a really weird floaty return that lands on table but is hard to read for opponent. Really good rubber...I like this rubber.

Side swipe attack is also good with this rubber,just a matter of getting blade angle right depends on the height of the ball your attacking
