hey freax!!!

i have tried the new joola badman reloaded on a boll spark.
the rubber was red and ox.
it is a rubber which ist produced by the german company esn (like grass d-tecs, andro chaos, donic piranja, xiom guillotine).

in my oppinion it is the second best longe pimple which is availabe.
only d-tecs is better.

you can play with a lot of backspin on topspins.
the control is good and the rubber is much easier to play than d-tecs.
it is easy to play offensive strokes.

i will play with d-tecs but the badman is an interesting rubber!

Interesting... for some reason I thought it had been banned, but it's certainly on the list...

The original Joola Badman is gone. This is Badman Reloaded.

i found the old badman not so difficult to play against, more floating balls than reversed spin, the new one sounds interesting though

I have played the JOOLA Badman when I was young(er).
It was the first long pimple from ESN!
It was quite good but not so good lice frictionless long pimples.

Badman Reloaded is imho better then all these china pimples for playing near the table. But the D-Tecs is a little bit better.

And the quality of german esn long pimples is very good!

Hello Pascal!

What about the speed?
The old Badman was very fast...

It is a little bit slower then the D Tecs. Very good control.

I played against a friend who used joola badman a week ago, a lot of nasty ball that wobbling / zigzag like a drunken master. Very difficult to play against.

Don't know which type of badman he used.

I'm about to try the Joola Badman Reloaded OX in black which I bought it for a bargain price. Got some questions before glueing it onto a blade:

How feasible is chopping (from distance) with Badman OX? What kind of wood would be optimal for allround style with LP combined with forehand inverted looping (not hitting)

Fast or slower defensive blade?
Soft or hard? Flexible or stiff?

I was thinking of putting it on one of my blades below:

-Victas Koji Matsushita (medium speed, soft, medium stiffness)
-Butterfly Defence II (medium fast, medium hard, stiff)
-Donic Defplay Senso (slower, hard feel but flexible)

Any further input about Badman Reloaded welcome!

A few nights ago I played vs a Korean gent (the 2nd one I have seen using Badman) who had black OX Badman on his bat.

He played an interesting style both close to table and away from table. Dude received every serve, I mean EVERY serve with BH contorting in impossible ways to bring the ball back.

From distance he would do a hit or a punch shot killing the spin that was tricky to time until I got used to the timing of it.

The 2 Korean players I have et here played a different style compared to the D-Techs toting close to table achuma players, so it is hard to tell.

You should try the rubber on the Victas or Butterfly blade.
Both are more stiff and that should work.
The Defplay is too soft.

Harder AR blades are also working.
