These days I mostly glue my OX LP with a glue sheet. In the days when I used glue, I used haggis's method of attaching the glue sheet to the pimples to provide some stiffness.

I have two setups. One was glued by the place from which I bought the blade and rubber. The second I bought the rubber separately and glued it myself with a glue sheet. The one I glued is in London (2.5 hrs away) and the one glued by the retailer has come badly unstuck. I can't fix the unstick bit, so I peeled it off, only to discover that they hadn't used a glue sheet.

I have no glue sheets.

I have a blade without a BH rubber :)

Now I'm forced to glue a floppy sheet of Hellfire, without anything to stiffen it, using copydex (tear mender).

Any hints? I need to get this done before I'd have time to order and receive glue sheets, or go to London!

i have glued several long pips onto blades without glue sheets and they come off ok.i use Tibhar Clean Fix Glue.i apply a thin layer to the rubber and then the blade.I would suggest having someone to help you when you put the rubber on the blade as it can fold over itself. Its a little tricky but with 2 people it should be fine.if that doesnt work just blame your wife

i didnt use the sheet but i started at the bottom whilst my wife held the rest of the rubber so it didnt fold inwards.
