So, in layman term,

ITTF once again make unenforceable rules O_Q

In other news, apparently (according to a post on mytt) a proposal to only make harmful (VOC) boosters illegal has been withdrawn. So boosting will still be OK if done in the factory but not by a player. Another insane situation.

I never played frictionless lp. But I don’t understand how the it’d can be okay with frictionless anti but not with pips... to add on to what retriever said. Either ALL rubber ought to have minimum friction, or No minimum. It seems really nitpicky/biased/ all too targeted and specific to one small segment of the tt playing community. It really makes no sense.
Yes i’ve read all the stories why it happened, and I know how corrupt the ittf is, but it just seems ridiculous.
