The forehand red rubber of the player in blue (ZXT) is long pips, Saviga V.
The blade is probably a thin 5-ply (and currently looks like a Ma Lin Carbon).
The opponent is using inverted.
Go to time 4:05. Watch especially the second hit in the point by ZXT (and see the screenshots in my next post).
Set the speed to .25 if you want, using the gear icon.

The opponent applied strong topspin and the reply is with the blade *quite closed*; that's what I'm pointing you to.
It looks like ZXT must be using sponge under the long pips. Do you think so?

[EDIT: The following embedded video starts at the beginning of the match. Go to 4:05 to see the point I'm posting about.]

From the above linked video, Zhou Xintong vs Elizabeta Samara, 2018:

Opponent applied pretty strong topspin.
The ball is not rising (see the direction of the smeared ball in the images?):

Blade is quite closed at contact:

This is not possible with 388D-1 OX or Saviga V OX. (I know it can be done with, e.g., FLIII 1.0, a very different rubber.) And it's not only this shot, but her shot selection throughout, making many strokes like this instead of her formerly almost invariable chop block against balls like this (see e.g. Youtube Zhou Xintong - LI Xiaoxia from 2013).

So, not OX. Any comments?

I've embedded the video to make it easier to see. Yes I tend to agree, there's probably a thin sponge, which most of high level players use, since it enhanced attacl ability.

Thank you haggisv.
Her game changed three or four years ago, looking more all-around and aggressive, and I guess that a switch to sponge was the reason.

Red rubber is Dawei Saviga V, but I think it she uses OX version of it. Indeed, this kind of active play against topspins could be barely possible with 388D-1 OX Xintong used earlier, but is possible with Saviga V OX which has more grip. In this match I can clearly see some special effects of OX rubber that force opponent to do so many mistakes.
I played with Saviga V OX (on Yasaka MLC CS) today against strong topspin oriented opponent. I can confirm that I had to close angle on blocks more than if I play with Tibhar Grass D.Tecs 0.5mm.

Thank you yegor.
I continue testing Saviga V in OX, .5 and 1.0.
I would feel much better if I could reach the same conclusion as you, as I strongly prefer the sharp feeling and behavior of OX.
