EDIT: I simplified the thread title.

QUESTION: I put the same lp OX on two stiff blades but one setup is more grippy/spinny because it has a softer veneer (as expected). Now, if I put a grippier lp OX on the blade with the harder veneer to equalize the two setups in *this* regard, how will the final behavior of the two setups *still* differ? I'm guessing that it will still be different in some other regard.

This subject has been discussed before, but usually about a *more flexible* or simply *slower* blade being spinnier with the same rubber, even inverted, for example Defplay vs JSH.
