Japsko offers DG with 0,6 0,8 1,2 and 1,5 sponge if I remember correctly.

Custom glued (i.e. not a factory job) AFAIK, but yes, it is available sponged that way.

Update. I returned to the ox. The greater disturbance / reverseal is well Worth it.

Hi,

For close-to-the table passive blocking (mainly, against those relentless robot-like power-loopers), I've ordered a sheet of DG... ..

I have a mixed-style of play (with LP), I will push (close, over-the-table), passive block (against top-spin, hits) close to the table, but, from time-to-time, will also move a bit away from the table, and chop.. I also twiddle, and play a variety of BH strokes (with the exceptions of BH loop) ,with the inverted side .. On the FH, will hit, top-spin, loop, push.. However, I wouldn't slot myself as a FH looper ..

I'm confused and undecided on the blade I should pair DG with .

I'm open to suggestions, for a new blade too, as long as

  • Light-weight (Certainly Less than 85gms)
  • Less than 50 USD
  • Wings that don't run too low
  • Not very springy and fast
  • Aid disruption and reversal
