Just received this same rubber!

Inital Reactions prior to use:

1. Excellent Quality. The rubber is tackier than any of the other feint series, although not by much (yaska LPs are still the tackiest IMO) very good printing.

2. Semi soft. Not as soft as feint soft and not as hard as feint II, close to feint III but maybe slightly softer.

3. slightly ribbed pip tops but not nearly as rough as feint II or feint soft.

4. The sponge seems alot harder than the dead white sponge used on feint soft and feint III. Its orange and looks like what they used for the "kawa" (hard) sponge variant.

I'll be using it all this week and will update after I get a better feel.

I probably shouldn't resurrect threads from 2007 ! but I had a knock with Feint AG tonight and... wow, I was really surprised.

My friend told me to play "normal rubber strokes" with it on my backhand. Funnily enough I had just been working on my backhand loop with inverted.

And WOW. I can hit with it in EXACTLY the same way I play a grippy topspin loop.

I didn't particularly enjoy it for chopping but for an all-round game this would be utterly incredible. Really surprising!

I just had a chat with someone who mentioned this rubber. He said exactly what Dunc's friend said: you can play normal shots with this, but also play your normal LP dead blocks and chops if you need to. He's been using it this season, and says it's the best attacking LP he's used.
