I have it on a custom oversize blade which is not light, but it is made of 3 thick plies, outer are soft...The blade is flexy only when you use power and speed what I use to do playing on FH with C8...but when I block or push C8 IS VERY TRICKY TO RETURN AND AGAINST SERVES ALSO...
I also have C8 black on blue sponge and it behaves like ordinary allaround LP but with good control...on some balsa wood...
I hesitate to put this red ox C8 onto TSP Balsa 3.5 or Balsa Fitter 2.5 what I got ricently because they are smaller (even oversized) than this custom blade and rubber, and I dont want to pull of old type Dtec from my Nittaku Shake Defense Carbon to try it with C8...Maybe I wiil try it on DrN HT what is as large as this custom blade, to try C8 with balsa...

Weren't there two types of C8? The outdated one and the current one? I thought I read that somewhere on this forum... :?: I also thought the old C8 was very awkward to play against (like described by ZoranV)...

How can you tell if it's pf4-c8 version?

To brahms:
I wouldn't recommend this rubber for you daughter so soon because this rubber is quite sensitive to spin (hard to return good services), also this rubber has lots of speed, so it has a habit of going long. Though I personally love this rubber, it takes lots of time to master it. It's not a beginners rubber.

So ZoranV, just to be clear. Are you talking about the DHS C8 ox that is currently available, or the old version?

Haggisv,
You should try C8 OX!
I,ve found that it was true what some chinese said - almost trickiest LP along with DTech OX but better control!

Here I was talking about red OX C8 , not about black with blue sponge and PF logo...AND NOT 24-027 NEW...two of them are currently available...one new with rectangular and one without...both are in list...

Sorry Brahms,
I have never played Cloud&FogIII...and I really want to help you couse opposite rubber of my LPs on 3 blades is Joola Energy Green Power 1.8 but black and on BH, LP are on FH...After Tenergy 05 1.7 it is the best inverted in LPs combos of mine...
