OOAK Table Tennis Forum

Just to see how it looks, I've added it to Oskar's title (as he's well and truly qualified with well over 1000 posts). I reckon it looks pretty cool!

I can easily make it so that 1000+ members automatically get this logo, or else I can offer it them manually when they reach 1000 posts.

Again this is not about quantity over quality, but when members have reached 1000+ posts, I'm sure there's little doubt of their contribution to the forum community, so I think they deserve some recognition.

I don't think this (or any other addition made to this forum) should get anyone in a frenzy. I'd hope it's got more to do with a kind of evolution of the forum, which I'm sure can be removed if it doesn't survive the fittest scrutiny, i.e. time. Besides, there are always going to be members such as myself that is not a 'moderator' or 'spam buster' or 'anything-else-recognisably-important'. So, I appreciate this very much!

Regarding those with 'title badges' already (you know who you are), I think the recognition you have is kind of the same, especially moderators, because they rarely have less than 3 or 4000 posts (Reborn's just a freak of nature considering his restless fingers! ). If it was an issue, perhaps it can be slotted beneath the other, more formal title.

Anyway, I'm stoked! And I think many will agree that I've added a few thousand words to this forum. Fair enough, not always of the highest quality, but certainly I've avoided broken sentences and some nonsense.

Quick edit: It would be nice from an eagle-eyed point of view to correct that little strip of white above the banner. I can understand that this had to be added for the 'star', but it could easily be fixed. If you want me to look at it in Photoshop or Illustrator, give me a hoy!

I think the badge looks great. I propose it be added to all 1000+ members where possible. Guys like Dwruck and Der_Echte certainly should have it!
