OOAK Table Tennis Forum

i think the forrum should get a live chatbox on the main page. so that who ever is online can as q's and get a quicker response without having to create excess threads.

and to jsut have a chat

I tink too many things would get sidetracked and missed by most people.

It is something that's been waiting in the wings for sometime now. I'm sure it will happen sooner or later. When it does, we then have to see how well it works and what effect it has on the forum.

I've been meaning to impliment it for a while, but I know a few people have some reservations about it with good reasons.

I've also recently found out that a chat box is a huge hog of resources, even when it's not active, which i wasn't aware of. I'm not quite sure why, but it's a well known fact among hosting companies, so I must admit that concerns me a little too, as I don't want it to drag down the performance of the forum.

there was a gaming forrum which i used to be on constantly a few years ago( they had a chatbox) and it didnt seem to mess up the rest of the forums and this was a busy forum
