I wonder if it's worth considering adding other section to our OOAK Lounge section?

We could rename the whole "Non-table tennis related" section to "OOAK Lounges", and add other sections that I'm sure many people here would be interested in, as the regularly get mentioned. Some ideas would be:
Smart Phone / Tablets
Gaming
Photography
Movie / TV shows
Web design
Computers

I would probably want to limit it to about 5 new section, or the home pages get a little too big (although since it's right at the bottom it's not that big a deal). We could probably vote on the most popular sections that would be worthwhile having.

Potential Advantages:
- More topics to talk about, so more interaction
- Might attract non-tt members who may get entices to try TT

Potential Disadvantages:
- Forum loses some of it's focus
- Might attract many more members who have no interest in TT (not a big deal unless they start dominating the forum :o :lol: )

OOAK Lounge includes all that, why create more sections? As of now, we already have too many sections, adding 5 more will surely make the home page too busy.

Yeah, I agree that adding new formal sections to the lounge isn't that necessary. I think if a lounge topic is interesting it will have a following. An example is the Creative Writing thread for which I'm already working on the next part of my TT science fiction story. So, when I recover from my heavy summer work schedule I'll get it up.
