OOAK Table Tennis Forum

I've added a news block to the top of the page, as you can see. I plan to put forum news and other important forums events, and update it regularly. This ensures people don't miss these important events. I also plan to use it to announce when 'live' events are being shown in our live video page.

I've only put it in temporarily, just to see what people think, and to get some feedback or suggestions for improvements. It's currently below the header. I can also position it above posts, after the first post, below posts or above the footer.

What do you think? Please be honest.... I don't mind critisism as I know very well I'm no programmer!
