Post subject:  View new posts functionality...
Is it possible to add a new button/link at "View new posts" page that will open all the new posts in their tabs, so i/we dont have to click every day on that little square link of every new post that we need to read...

sometimes i dont read the forum for couple of days and when i press on "View new posts" i get 30-50 new posts...so a button that says something like "open all new posts in tabs" or similar would be very helpful for me and i suppose for all the others...

i dont know if that is even technically possible to implement, so sorry if i asked something stupid:)

hm, bump....

every day there is around 20-30 new posts or replays to the old posts...
my everyday routine is i suppose like the rest of us to click "View unread post" link (i have it bookmarked), and then i have to hold CTRL button and click 20 to 30 times on the little orange card link to open all the post in new tab from the place i havent read before...

it would be super helpful if there would be some link that you could click titled something like "open all unread posts in new tabs" so it saved me from all that clicking...

is there a way to do that? someone? :)

Sorry I completely missed this topic.

I'm afraid I don't have the skills to implement something like this. :( I've never seen this type of option on any other forum either, but it may be technically possible.

I do wonder though if the "View Active Topic" link would be a better one to use. This shows all the threads that were posted to since you last visited, and mark the ones that you've not yet seen.

That's the one I have bookmarked - simply see which threads are at the top. They even have 'new post/not read' marker next to them, I think, or whatever that red thingie is.

yes, this is the same like "view unread posts" but w/o hiding al read post...

but you still have to press on every little red thingy... ;(
