OOAK Table Tennis Forum

I think that's a good idea speedplay, although I'm not so sure if people will actually abide by it though...

We had a News section, which I finally merged with the General section because no-one was posting there...

I know when I go to new forum, and have questions and things to say, I tend not to read through all the 'read this first' and 'rules' topics stickied above, but I just tend to jump in and post - within reason...

I appreciate the suggestion of making the forum more organised! Perhaps this warrent more discussion to find an easy way to implement it...

I'd like to suggest making the "playing with less spinny short pimples" thread a sticky after Kees excellent contribution on the short pips stroke: both how to "roll" and also play the "small topspin" stroke.

After his description I finally get what I see Chen Longcan and Jiang Jialiang are doing to the ball and why it's so effective. I thin that it's a must read for anyone planning to move to short pips from inverted.
