Why not a anti power category, since theres one of long and short pimples. I know a few people using anti, and they may be interested in getting some tips and hints, and equipment reviews.

Yes it's a good suggestion...however there are not that many anti players left, a lot have changed to LP rubbers. If we had some anti players here, I'm sure there could be some useful discussion...

I will set it up and give it go, if there's no action there we can always delete it or merge it with another section.

Thanks for the suggestion!

Oh, and please invite those anti spin friends of your here :D

I'm hoping for suggestions on new topics and any other changes that can make this forum better and more interesting.

Any ideas?

With the current bans on frictionless LP, I'd like to see a discussion relating to the differences a frictionless player will have to face when changing to friction LP rubbers.

Cheers!

Cheers!

seeing that theres a wide variety of equipment out there, why not divide the eqiupment section into further subsection to make browsing a bit easier. for example, instead of having stuff all over the place, we have a section for Blades. section for rubbers. section for glues and so on. the main areas will be those 3 and the rest could go in an "general talk on equipment" or something....

That's not a bad idea at all... although moving all the current & old stuff is going to be a big job...

I've got nothing against people writing SB instead of Super Block, but perhaps we should always try to type the whole name the first time we mention it in a post?

An excellent suggestion Speedplay (SP). I know that we insist on this in my professional area of integrated resources management (IRM), and use it for technical jargon (TJ) especially. :)

Now of course SP, I'm just making those things up to show how TJ should be introduced -especially (in my field) to people who are from another speciality in IRM.

More on topic, as a frictioned pip player (what's the good of learning the other ones which have to disappear soon), I'm not exactly up with all the frictionless abbreviations - so yes please - let's do each other the courtesy of making understanding easier.

One that's especially tricky is how we tend to use BH to mean either backhand or Bogeyhunter - not much difference eh!

Free speech is one thing - oh I would love if it was always clear speech!

I vote that someone (ie, not me) makes a glossary of all the TJ
