Since we have now upgraded to PHPBB3, there are a wealth of plugins available. For those of you that are a little familiar with these, please feel free to suggest plugins or other option that we should consider adding to the forum... Plugins can be found at the phpbb forum

I'm not sure if there's much benefit in this... If you click the box to stay logged in, you never have to log in at all, unless you use a different machine...

Yeah, it's pretty pointless!

I was wondering if you could edit the code for URLs because it always navigates to the page in the window/tab you were using which can be slightly annoying. I mean it can lead people off this site and distract them into watching random Pwned videos on YouTube (this is what Slippery said, well minus the distraction about Pwned vids and insert xxx vids instead :lol:).

I really shouldn't poke fun at the mods.......Speedplay, I only intend to have a laugh so please don't go around and delete all the posts I post! :lol:

Ye I agree about the URL... it should open a new window instead... Thsi can actually easily be done if you just 'right click' on the URL, and choose the 'open new window' option, but it would be nice if it was automatic... Still looking into that one :wink:

There is a mod that will give a few more forum stats:

Basically it will show the last five topics that had a recent post, the top five most active users and the top five latest registered users...

Is this worthwhile? I'm not sure of the 'five most active' list is good, as I don't want this forum to turn into a competition of who can post the most, but the others might be handy...

A good usability mod would be the option to enlarge the fonts size of the posts and forum in general. Some people with lesser eyesight would benefit greatly from this.

There is an example of what I mean in the upper right corner below the search box and above the log-in on this page (prosilver theme):

If this could be implemented I think it would be a good thing overall.
