I'm not familiar with the Hallmark pips, but the spinniest short pips that I ever had, which worked relatively well on my forehand for a looping-type motion, was the 802-40.

My sheet of Magic Pips looks identical in the topsheet to Globe 889-2 but 889-2 has a softer sponge. 802-40 is similar but not as nice a sponge.

More expensive options include Joola Tango Ultra, Andro Revolution Cor and Nittaku Moristo SP, all of which are tensor rubbers with very soft sponges.

Really, you're not going to get that much spinnier equipment, all are spinny. Try reading the articles on using short pips on the forum for more on how to use what you have effectively, especially "playing with less spinny short pips" in the Short pips folder, which has a great discussion by Kees.

I have had a lot of success looping on my backhand side with Butterfly Raystorm, but it may not be all that different from what you are playing with now.

Hallmark Magic Pip is one of the great Short Pip. My teammate can loop it very well. However, if you want to try new one , you can try Speedy Spin from Tibhar.
