I glued up a sheet of Stiga Radical the other day... was surprised that the pimple felt actually tacky! When I glued the other side, I put a sheet of plastic on the side with Radical, and after clamping the plastic sheet really needed to be peeled off the pips! :o I don't know if this lasts, but it seems like a real spinny short pimple!

Two players I know of use stiga radical. They used it because it was quite a spinny short pip but had good control and was versatile. Neither of them ever described it as tacky and it certainly didn't seem that way when I checked their bats.

Are you sure you didn't accidedntly spill some Coca Cola on the surface of yours?

Well I guess it must have been just the initial tack of a new sheet, which will probably wear off. NO I did not spill coke on it |(

I've been using Radical on my FH for about 4 months, before changing it to TSP Spectol. In my opinion, Radical is not much fast, tacky, like inverted rubber, but with much less spin, of course. :)

I can hit a very decent sidespin loop with Radical. Is it as spinny as inverted? Certainly not! But it has quite alot of spin on it,good enough for me. About the only stroke a can not use from my inverted strokes is the brushed slow loop. Everything works fine with less spin.

Ian
