hi guys i want to get a present for a friend of mine

Anyway he is currently using on the fh F1 (not sure how long the german tensor will last) I saw him today just bubble a sheet of skyline but i want to get him a short pimple with if so... High throw?

Is there such a thing?

Best i can think of is 802-40 supersoft also tsp spectol, also some suited for the 44mm, but i know he has tried them already and the thing is 802 is to slow for him and the spectol perhaps maybe a good idea

Anyway i am not interested in chinese

Though i will considr it

This guy in my memory has used tango ultra, all 802, double fish short pip, spectol, daweii short pip, radical, raystorm, cobra, royal and i am sure i have left some out

Anyway guys i appreciate your suggestions

My thoughts is that he tends to lean to a chinese stroke so he tends to hit threw the ball more his backhand is far deadly than his forhand so turning back to the darkside is what i have in mind

Highest throw short pip I've tried is Galaxy Uranus. Tsp Spectol and Butterfly Raystorm are also high throw. 802-40 is more medium.

Lowest throw spinny short pips include Andro Revolution COR and JTU.
Friendship 799 and Galxy Pluto are also quite low throw.

how is the speed compared to with other pips, also he's using a stiff carbon blade so do you think to get in 2.2mm? or 2mm

Uranus only comes in 2.0 and 889 you usually can only find in 1.8 (except on Eacheng). 889 is faster, even in 1.8, and is a much more traditional style hard pip for hitting and blocking (though it still spins quite well). Uranus is medium pips and sponge, so it can generate quite a lot of spin. It has good speed, but doesn't feel quite as crisp for hitting. Good if you semi-loop with it.

889 in 1.8 is quite light, Uranus in 2.0 is heavier and 2.0 feels fast enough.

I prefer short pips in 1.8 to 2.0 or 2.2, better control and little loss of speed.

finally convince law to try the darkside once again so i would not be needing the short pip for the fh
