Haven't seen much about this rubber stateside. It's popular in Korea. Played against it once and noticed the ball was unpredictable coming back, almost like medium pips. This peaked my interest and it's also cheap -- around $25. So I bought a couple of sheets in 1.3mm to try chopping with.
Properties: (compare to Spectol). Vertically aligned, narrorer, closer together, similar height to Spectol (perhaps .1 mm taller?). Topsheet is very grippy and pips feel very grippy too. (Similar to Challenger Attack) Pips are cylindrical and textured on top. Pips and topsheet softer than Spectol. Sponge is soft.
For offense, I don't think this is an ideal pip, since it's slow. It's a pip for control. Similar to Challenger.
For defense: I quite like it. It's about as reactive as Spectol. The soft sponge absorbs strong loops well. Compared to other SPs with respect to a defensive game, it's average. Worth a try, especially if you can get it for under $30.
I could go into a lengthy review, but suffice to say it plays like most SPs play!
