Just got a sheet of 802 in 1.5mm that I am planning to use for chopping on BH.
It seems slightly less spinny than 802-40 but it's probably a good thing for modern defense... although coming from 2 inverted rubbers, sensitivity is not too much a concern.

With the 35 deg soft sponge, it looks like decent spin variation is quite possible.

I will test it tomorrow...
