Been playing with Victas 101 1.8 mm and like its sink effect but the sponge is way too soft with 37 degrees and when blocking harder topspins the sponge bottoms out.
I want to try either Spectol blue or red but not sure which one to order. I use a softer/flexier blade (I know thats not ideal with pips but i like it for my inverted fh), so I'm inclined to go for blue but like to hear the opinion of people who tried it.
Does the blue one differ significantly from the red one?

different blue is more flat can do some spin not much but seems more linear than red.the ball flies very flat and more easier to handle than red

blue seem more advanced than red but plays better on thin semi stiff blades cant say more because my blue sheet is worn.i think i can get used to blue not so tricky as spectol clasical but i want to try 101 for penhold. how is opening serves?
