since 2007 I am using flarestorm 2,5mm on fh but it is no longer manufactured. Looking for alternatives I am trying tuttle summer 3c in 2mm.my blade is timo boll t5000.

I used chinese carbon woods but the t5000 have more control.

Compared with the flarestorm summer 3c rubber has almost the same speed but it is quite hard, is like a friendship 802-40 but this rubber is harder and faster, easy for blocks(no deceptives blocks) and flicks but because of its hardness it is more difficult to push.

I have to keep testing it. At the end of August and beginning of September I have several tournaments to have a conclusion.

I also have to try nittaku moristo and tsp spinpips blue.

train one more week with summer 3c, the impressions are easy for topspin but with good speed and medium spin followed of flat hit to win the point, good for counter and drives.i need more time to experiment and try in different situations. the only cons is difficult to push and i am very used to push serves on fh( with flarestorm was very easy push every shorts serves with fh even tops or sidespins ones)

I keep playing with the same rubber, after 4 months of use I can say that I am used to it and I could explode its potential. I have recovered my level with which I was used to playing. maybe it does not have the quality of European or Japanese rubbers but to play veterans it is more than good.
I get used to pushing with this rubber and it is better for topspin followed by hitting. the only negative thing that it is not disturbing in blocks.
So I was thinking about whether we are victims of marketing and we buy and spend more than we should.
therefore I recommend this rubber for topspin and hitting in fh

Hi Dario, how do you compare the speed aspect to your moristo and spinpips blue? Cheers.
