Thanks for posting videos hebel_st!

I've had a brief look, and these thoughts come to mind;
- You've got a good and effective backhand, which seems to trouble your opponent most. The only thing I think you should not do is attack with them away from the table.. a tough shot with long pimples, expecially in OX.
- Bend your knees a lot more... this will make everything easier.
- Do more with your forehand serve. You don't seem to vary the placement or pace much at all. This may be a strategy against this player, but if not, I think you can do a lot more.
- take a moment before you serve, think about what you're going to do and what return you're hoping to get, and get ready for it.

You backhand chop is ok but just about everything else needs a lot of work (sorry :( ). You really need to get yourself a coach if you want to break out of the lower intermediate level. I agree with what Haggisv has written above. There are many other areas one could comment on (for eg - you don't appear to have a forehand and you serve out of your fingers) but I think it easiest just to get a coach.

It seems every shot during a rally is long. You should vary the distance on shot length at the beginning of a point and try to move your opponent in and out, as well as side to side.

Your right leg is always in front as if you just wait to play backhand push. Bend your knees a bit and your legs should be both at the same distance from table most of the time.
You have relatively unknown equipment and pips on backhand. Have you consider a fresh start with somewhat more common equipment. On your Yasaka extra all+ blade put two medium hard/fast/spinny inverted rubbers and practice Forehand drive, loop, chop, push, block and same for backhand. I know this may seem a bit radical but you really need all you strokes before defining your game style and playing with pips. My philosophy is that everybody should start as I described. When all basic strokes are perfected, you can define you own exotic style of play.
Some nice points in your video, I really enjoyed watching. :P

Thx for your replies.
I have changed back to my old equipment.
With the def blade i had no dangerous balls. Now with the black whirlwind blade with a harder outer woodcover i have more dangerous balls.
Yesterday i had a trainingssession against a player with a much higher ranking then me.
I lost in 5th set but it was close.

I have tried to stand with left foot in front. So i had a much higher attack quote with forehand.

More tomorrow.

Your game issues have nothing to do with equipment! Thinking that different types of wood plies will change anything is like believing in voodoo. You need a coach and you need to train and develop technique. This will take some time - it can't be done overnight. Sorry. :)

I know that i have to train my technics.
But i need everything which helps me to develop my gameplay.
With the new blade i could play quite well but i have the feeling that i had no dangerous balls with my lp.
So i changed back and from my feeling i play better and my opponents had more problems with the returns.

I use every opportunity to train technics and footwork. I know this will take weeks, but this is the only chance i have.

Maybe i have the chance to take some videos of further traing sessions.
