I am a lefties and I find it difficult for me to play backhand loop or topspin... I don't know why but I can perform block, push and chop block on my backhand. Is it ok for me not to play backhand loop as I can only loop on my forehand. I found it comfortable to block rather than backhand topspin. In order to make my backhand faster, i perform the backhand punch rather than backhand loop. If someone backspin to my backhand, I can only push and slice the ball, but sometime I have to shift myself more right and use my forehand to loop the backspin. In the end, it lack consistency. What should I do other than learning backhand loop because I found it difficult to learn backhand loop. :(

I do not think that you are left handed is an issue here.

It is common for developing (self learn) players to have weak (er) backhand than forehand. That was my case. Now I think my backhand is more refined than forehand.

No, it is not. :punch:

If you can, seek advice from experienced player. If not, you can learn yourself in time the harder way. I mean looking movies on youtube and practice backhand loop (practice to perfection)... It is important to have fun in learning process. :)
