I don't speak Chinese, but I can see his message. He is getting her to relax her wrist between shots for a brief moment before readying for the next shot instead of being stiff the entire time. In other words...relax, ready, play, relax, ready, play....

I wonder if the teachers in this "school" can spot natural talent early and know which kids will make champions and which will be also rans?
