After watching a youth german chopper

I was wondering: While doing a backhand chop with his right arm, he does a "counter movemement" with his left arm, for balance/stability reasons I think.
Do you think it is worth to explicit train your left arm to do this? It looks extremly stylish 8)

Couldn't see video. However for most if not all shots the off arm should be used to maintain balance - not just leave it dangling there.

I kinda vote for yes.

Actually, not only your non playing hand, all your body must be committed in concert on every strokes. ;)

Talking about style in chopping, the most stylish one for me is, Angelica Rozeanu. ;)
