I really want to improve my footwork.
I tend to hit the ball without any bounce to flow into the next position and stroke.
I have been told my game would improve 30% if I got the footwork flowing.

I was wondering what is the best online resource for this topic?

I like the Falkenberg Drill. It forces you to work on footwork, topspin rally, FH/BH transition, and improves your cardio at the same time. The traditional Falkenberg drill forces you to cover the whole table but if that's too difficult, you can modify the drill to cover 2/3 of the table or even half the table and slowly build up. You can do it multi-ball or single-ball. With single-ball, your partner need to be proficient with blocking.
