This is something I struggle a lot and I can't find much info about it. How do I make a good return out of a no spin serve? What should I aim for?

Long no spin serves - loop them.
Short no spin serves - flick them.
Half long no spin serves are more difficult. You can try to develop a bh banana flick but that aint easy. Another option is to 'guide' them (watch Samsonov).
