Well, it's not on the current LARC, the only approved anti by Tuttle is the Prevention Arc.

In my understanding you did not dispute my claim, but tried to correct is inasmuch as it implicitly says the two antis are different rubbers, which may be not the case.

I know that the King of Anti doesn't have the ITTF logo box on it, but have not seen a sheet of the other.

There seam to be some misunderstandings. I interpret your sentence "i believe the king of antispin is the prevention arc rubber" that you say, both are identical, ain't I right?

I don't believe they are same. I can see no ITTF approval on the "King" sheet. The one I ordered should be here in a few days, I sold have the answer at that point, will let you know.
