Looks pretty good, but the list is missing Giant Dragon Guard, Giant Dragon Guard Special, Donic Alligator Anti, Donic Anti Classic, Juic Anti Super Spin and a few others.

JUIC Anti Super Spin

This listing does not took into consideration the thickness of the sponge.
The Toni Hold for example has 1,5mm and 2,5mm and the last is extreemly slow.
The ranking will give an orientation and is free for discussion.
When you look for the slowest Antis you may try the Joola Tony Hold or the Hallmark Mirage.

Haven't tried much but Donic Alligator Anti is definitely below Yasaka Anti Power.

What happens when i put the Toni Hold Dämpfungsfolie under the Anti top sheet without sponge ? ? Slow down the speed of the anti top sheet?

I know it's not legal because need sponge under the anti top sheet but who knows what this black thin foil or sponge?

If its an OX then the speed will be much dependent on the speed of your blade, Sir.
