Where was the suggested place in Germany to purchase the J T at a small discount? Anyone know of their in-stock position at the moment?

I have a mate who wants to try the rubber, but like me seems to be unclear on the best blade for it since trying it on several blades doesn't seem to be the hot set up.

He is leaning toward getting Ross to make a purpose built blade for this rubber.

Any specific help would be great.

I haven't ordered yet but I'm sure I'll cave soon. :envy:

OOPS, Never mind. Seems unimaginable in this age but they put up a website and then only ship within UK.

I paid $83 from Contra.de including shipping. The catch was I had to buy two of them to get a 20% discount plus I had a 10 Euro discount coupon code.

The 10-Euro coupon code is 927COOL2011

This cuts off half the shipping cost.

My current order is taking forever to get here. The tracking just updated today and at least the shipment is in my state now. Maybe it'll finally be here on Monday.

Thanks very much. Any ideas on what should be the ideal specs for the blade should be from what you have heard about the rubber?

That's the big question. And, an important question as this rubber self-destructs if you try to change blades after gluing. Hallmark Aurora is said to be good. Thick balsa is bad. I'm thinking Barricade/Andro Fibercomp/Grubba Carbon/TT Master/Kung Fu and Aurora are what I'll try (with glue sheet).
