Im planning on getting an anti from GD. Which is better the Guard or Guard Special? First of all im a blocker and right now im using Peacekeeper on a different harder sponge from STT Cross blue 1.5 mm so im looking for a harder sponge, im also going to attack and punch with it, and i want to treat it. So which one of them is better for what i said? and also what sponge thickness?
