Found an old rubber lying around that i acquired from the free hire bats :)

Anyway, had a quick hit with this beginner smooth rubber on f/h. Was impressed it had just enough grip to lift the ball ever so slightly and on flat hits ball skidded off table. Sort of a fast, grippy anti i would describe it as. A little faster than Tibhar Ellen anti for sure.

Will need further testing, hoping can be a replacement for my medium pips that keep breaking.

I am wondering: As far as I remember the Schildkröt Prestige is normal inverted, not an anti, isn't it?

The Schildkrot Prestige probably is a normal inverted, not a real anti-spin,maybe just very old.

Did not have a hit of it against anyone, just practiced for few minutes by myself on the table.

Tried it first on hire bat blade and it was not much faster than anti-power,put it on my LKT368 blade and it's moderately fast.

If you try to lift the ball a little steep, ball will slip off completely. Funny thing is played a couple of matches 10 years back with another Schildkrot hire bat rubber and remember this rubber did perform like a grippy anti-spin rubber.

I like using a grippy anti,as this offers more control for counterhitting opponents topspin.True anti-spin rubbers weakness i find, if using to attack with,is lack of control against topspin. Not playing again till Sunday but hoping this is the one.

Furthermore, it is still on the ITTF list, i.e. it's legal.
