Anyone know where I can get energy absorbing sponge, without buying anti and taking it off myself?

Is it always true that the thicker the E.A. sponge, the slower it is?

Thinner sponge under frictionless anti, equates to more spin reversal???

Yes more thicker , more slower with less spin reversal....except Toni Hold Dampening Foil. Spin reversal same but a little bit slower.

I would think you already know about it but there is the Zero sponge avaiable from Cole Ely

I call it hard and dead not soft and absorbing like some of the anti sponges.

I think the 0.6 Zero is excellent for reversal, not as slow as some.
I really liked it under the timeless topsheet.
