Hi Everybody,
I am at a low ebb. I need to change my game and want a blade recommendation to use an anti such as Absorber or Antipower to block and hit with my backhand.
I want something pretty quick as I will use inverted on the forehand to drive, kind of loop and smash!
Bulldog.

I know Der Materialspezialist Terror works great for blocking with ordinary inverted and slick antis, so it should work well wih other antis. It is an allround all wood blade, rather light and witg very low throw. But it is not the cheapest blade around...

I play with Re-Impact perfect Co 380 special (on my backhand Transformer anti 0.6) if you use first time anti Transformer anti 1.00 mm. I think Re-Impact perfect Co 380 special best anti blade.

Hi Guys,
TSP Balsa 6.5? With 2mm Stiga Energy Absorber and a tensor on the forehand. I mean to block and hit!

Hi Guys,
Ordered Stiga Energy Absorber 2mm, Stiga CarboKev blade with Stiga Power Max in Red on the forehand. I am going to persevere with this very reasonably priced set up until I can use it!! One day I hope to return to using inverted on both sides.

Took some faltering steps with new set up yesterday. I found it difficult to get the blade angles right for blocking but hit a few beautiful punch blocks.
I found chopping from mid distance very profitable and may adjust my style somewhat. I was able to force opponents to push high following my chops and comfortably hit winners from their mistakes.
I was getting the hang of service return as the morning went on but didn't get to play any backspin artists so couldn't practice many attacking strokes.
I have a league match tomorrow which I have reluctantly agreed to play. I can't decide whether to risk the new set up as I will be expected to win at least two of my singles matches.
