We are very sorry for the late delivery of your orders. We are currently having an enormous workload on account of an overwhelming number of orders that we have to deal with. On top of it we did run out of stock on two occasions. We are currently doing our best to send out as many orders from private customers as possible every day. The orders are being sent out according to the date of purchase, on a "first come/first served" basis. However due to the very high number of orders that have come in we are afraid that we will need another 10 to 14 days (depending on your order date) to dispatch all orders. Again we are very sorry for this delay and the inconvenience caused to you.
