dont get me wrong, if i had no problem in buying new mb every month or two, i would have stayed on it, it is a great rubber...

i would say that when both abs and mb are new, mb is better...but after a month or two, abs is better...

I'm agree.. even if with dampening sponge under ABS... ABS is better...

do you have any vids of you playing with the antispin ?.

I have finally tried Mega Block 1.5mm. It is soo controllable, I can put almost every ball on the table with Solja-style push. it is slower than Bison, but I feel that it doesn't have as much reversal as Bison, but maybe that's just my feel after an hour of play.

buy 1.5 for start, and when you get used to it you can change it for faster if needed...

hi guys,
i'm french

are many players who can give some opinion about the megablock in 0.6 mm ?

i play with gdtec in ox for the moment, but with the plastic ball i lose a lot of matches.
so do you think the MB in 0.6 will be a good alternative solution ?
i play with blade cos3 defence (so it's very slow and a lot of control) and i don't want to change it

thanks

If you want more spin reversal I would go with Transformer instead. What Mega Block does best is to slow down the ball. But for that I guess 0,6 is a little thin (but you have a slow blade). Most antis is better on blades with hard outer plies. A defensive blade might be rather soft and that kind of eats the spin reversal. I have tried Mega Block in 1,0 and 1,5. The thicker was better in all aspects (even spin reversal) except for attacking.

I have a new revolution blade with a new 1.5 red mega block rubber attached for sale. £100 delivered to anyone interested, that is £50 cheaper than the retail price.

Hello,

Is there any conclusion about lasting (durability) of Mega Block. If you play 6-8 hours by week, when this rubber start to loose spin reverse, and when is definitely time to change it with the other one (DMS Anti cleaner is always used) .
