We've been discussing pips structure elsewhere, but these two photos really got my attention:

Talk about contrasting pips structures! Toni Hold has been around for decades, while I recall Timeless got taken off the LARC fairly recently (probably because of that waffled surface, of which you get a close-up look here). The sponges! Both look WEIRD. The Toni Hold sponge looks like those recycled rubber sheets they use on playgrounds, made up of ground up bits of car tires. The Timeless sponge looks like crumpled up paper! And they're both black (not something people like to use on red sheets - these topsheets must be really opaque).

I remember the Timeless was a pain to remove as well...the sponge breaking (from memory). it's a shame it got banned, as it did seem to have some good properties that people liked.

Toni Hold anti new 40(ox) I think better then timeless,
