2 methods: gluesheet and water glue. The last one makes the anti softer to the touch and slower.
The process I used is the same like a normal inverted rubber: just 1 layer of water glue under the sheet, one on the sponge, let them dry, attach and roll.
If u have to remove glue residues from the sheet you can use an adhesive tape. With it you can scratch away the glue.
Removing glue residues from the sponge can be done with ur fingers, rubbing.

I was advised for the pink by a friend who tried both, red and pink. The red would be too much slower...
I got some other informations about the red even in a recent tournament where a player (of a superior level than me) who use my same anti tried the red and pink sponge.
The feedback about red sponge was... so slow... barely playable... the pink is better also because u can attack with ur anti.

It is a 7-plies wood blade, offensive... I like so much the feel of this blade because it gives to me a feeling of "explosion" when I execute an hard topspin.
This feeling is the main reason because I'm using a 1.7 mm inverted rubber on the fh... because I like the direct feel of this blade.
Secondly... 1.7 gives me more precision in the short game...
I was using baracuda 1.8 mm which is very good for me, now I'm trying the tibhar Aurus 1.7 mm wich I find a more "user friendly" version of baracuda, also the 1q sound 1.7 was good...
I was advice to use an offensive blade, because I need power on my forehand.
The anti doesn't let me win... I need to make points with strong forehand shots...
