Who are the highest rated male & female choppers using antispin rubbers from the dawn of time and their equipment ?

There are few antispin players in the higher leagues. In the other post I have given you some information about 2 (3) players. I've seen Luka occassionally chopping with his anti, but very rarely. Chopping with flanti is not really a way of getting points. Though possible, but the lack of spin will not result in direct points, of course if the opponent manages to deal with the change of pace and spin.
