Which anti would work best for a active game with a big FH loop and occationally hits with the bh.
I will need to block but also chop when needed.
Would I need a soft blade or a hard ?

I have found a dew ones :

Juic Neoanti.
Hallmark Mirage

I have a old sheet of the Stiga energy absorber, this sheet seems a bit fast. Is it neccesary in order to create fast bh hits ?

BH: S&T Monkey ox
You definitely want a stiff blade, which won't help your looping, but will be good for the anti. Between the two antis you mentioned I'd take Juic Neo Anti by a wide margin.

I want to block close to the table and hitting when it is possible.
I also want to be able to "loop" backspin balls.
and produce heavy backspin.

Could I borrow a sheet of Neoanti "speedplay"
So I can try it myself ?

Anti-spin rubbers are not for looping, and neither will they produce heavy backspin, unless you're using the opponent's own spin...
