Any recommendation ? Should it be totally no friction (like Butterfly Super Anti Special) or some friction (like Stiga Power Absorber) ? What should be the sponge thickness ? I would like to have some attackability with FH smash but most of the time , I play defensive.

PS. My current rubber is Dr.N Leopard for FH & Hallmark Original red version for BH. My blade is Dr.N Special blade 2nd generation.

I don't personally see the advantage of playing anti over Leopard, but it's fun to give new things a try.
